hey i need some advice... i have a eg8(four door) and im trying to go low.. but idk wat else to do or if there is anything else i can do with wat i have now to make my car lower.. i have ground control coilover on shocks  from a dc integra..(came with the gc's).. i have them all the wayy turned down.. this is all that i got... anything else i can do?johnsphone 216.jpg

add some GC specific koni yellow shocks :thumbup:

but im sure there are other cheaper alternatives, i just stated one.

you can take out the perches and ride just the springs defeats the whole purpose of coilovers but it gets you a lil lower

my friend had just coilover springs on his shocks, and it rode pretty much like cut springs...i would recommend what i got an el said and get some gc specific koni yellows

i know thats wat i wanna do but i cant afford it right now.. i was just asking if there was anything i can do with the stuff i have right now.. gc coilover sleeves and stock dc integra shocks..

they help with going low? i thought those were meant to give you more shock travel???

umm i had the same problem with gc sleevs
i took the top part off(circle that fits in the top of the spring)
dropped me about half an inch and freed up the shock travel
they were bottoming out on bumpstops

my friend had an eg four door tucking ls mesh WHEELS
he had it riding on just the coilovers springs
although he couldnt have more than 2 people ride with him...it was officially dumped lol

yea springs only works.. i used to ride spring only in rear until i got a better setup

i dropped my girls tc on just coilover springs it rode koo except for when there are big ass dips in the road the car hella bounces

i set my 4 door on just ebay coilover springs i grinded the heat shield off my cat with more than 2 pplin the car it rode amazing and wasnt 2 bouncey here is a few pics i did my 94 accor the same way
