iv been thinking of making one and i think there is someone on here that has one.. wanted to know if its just causing more ground clearance issues or is it a life saver?  im not super low but i do have some marks on the oil pan. think its a good idea in the long run?

yeah i made two skidplates so far. one for myself and one for evo. it's a necessity and if you build it right there wont be a prob with ride height.

and im half way, got a free y7 pan from a friend the other night. Need to go snag a pan gasket and get it mounted.

woody any pics? ive had a couple ideas but not sure if i should make one that bolts on or weld a plate to the oil pan like older jeeps had
