I was actually so sure i was going to buy a 1991 honda civic sedan..........that my stupid ass self bought a rare kaminari aero bodykit before the car. So weeks pass and i had a body kit laying in my room, with no car.
this was the guys car i got it off of............had nice plans for the kit, but with one job and low money i was kind of left to changes
well then i bought my sedan for 900 dollars, hella stock ugly 1991 honda civic DX charcoal grey and was alright for the price but dents here and there.
go forward a little bit and i couldnt wait to install the bodykit: put the sideskirts on backwards too
bought rear mudflaps:
Came up on some one piece headlights for 100 then needed cash and sold them
Got a rear disk brake conversion with 40/40 prop valve, EX big brake master cylinder 15/16
then found another set of wheels and got rid of the enkies and had to buy adapters.......one of my few ****ty stages
in my mind i had that low offset thought, but didnt have the right wheels
kind of embarrassing
****ing 14's
and so i hated the look and the stupid scraping once more that i got rid of them and bought steelies: And sold the body kit to get cash, gave the bumper with it and got an ugly 88 bumper
got a few new bodyparts to just prevent using bondo and filler:
And couldnt stand the 88 front end and quickly found a replacement front end that was sorta clean.
As soon as i met this guy things changed, and he gave me light to what was the best for my car:
so i began painting my car, tried to make it one color
and since i was already taking apart my car, i decided to convert my car to an LX, so i swapped over my whole interior harness and plug it directly into my engine harness
again.......i tried
15x8 +25 offset with 195-45-15 and i got rid of my ****ing coilovers...........wtf?!
So i cut my springs and i didnt really get low, ride sucked balls too
and ****ers backed into my car.............so i bought new parts and began paint
jdm rear bumper
oh and another hoodbra
and now
ran outta paint for the hood and bumper, so i made it a dx :)
now i gotta save money for real cash and bodywork, this is where i will set all of my priority now. hope it give you guys a good idea of the hard work i put into my car, either good or bad. still staying low
plans next are paint for yr 87m-4 and cutting my shock tower(boxing) and get a little lower.
current stance is at 19 1/4 - 19 3/8 inch at the top of the fender wells

At the time i really needed cash so i had to sell my bodykit. If i never had money situations i would have kept it up till this day. Would've been the first ef2 front end conversion with a kaminari aero bodykit. Didnt look bad its just didnt have the right wheels to pull it off.
Thanks for the compliment though, happy it doesnt look bad. Now i just have to save money for a real paintjob, which is all im focusing on now.
Things to do: Finish converting to 91 brown interior(dash, seats, and trim) Polish wedsport autobahn Cut and box shock towers(arms resting on top) Reinforce transmission(to prevent more cracked transmissions) Do slight wire tuck, clean the engine bay and engine
the car is great man, i wish i had half the ef2 parts you have on your car it's just so hard to find the parts here on the east coast..smh
we both have very similar styles, i'm going to do a dart izumi style exhaust(instead of your bozoku style) i'm going to convert the car to zc exterior(instead of the ef2 front) and have a wheel setup with lots of camber. but your sedan is great,it somewhat of an inspiration to me.
